Security Policy

Most areas of the hospital are under CCTV surveillance 24×7.
Security surveillance footage is available only on request of recognized legal / disciplinary authorities.

If you need any thing assessed via Security footage, please provide a written application at the front office adderssed to the Secutiry Officer mentioning:

• Your name
• Contact Number
• Email
• Exact timing needed (Please keep requests to less than 15 mins)
• Location of camera for which recording is needed

Please also note the following:

• Acess to secutiry footage also mean access to our patients data and security protocols hence only footage relavant to your request will be privided to you.
• It will take 48-72 hours to be able to process your request.
• You are responsible for taking care of your personal belongings in the hospital as this is a public space.
• If using the hsopital Wifi, please connect securely and do not access confidential data.
