Terms and conditions
- You need to cancel the appointment through the web application at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time so that the same can be provided to any other needy patient.
- You must not have availed the services of that appointment.
In case you fulfill the above terms and conditions, you can send an email to [email protected] or the email mentioned on the OPD card with the snapshot of the payment made and the details of your appointment that was cancelled by you. Once the terms and conditions are cleared after enquiry by the accounts section, your refund will be processed back by UPI and returned to you within 7 working days.
